In order for our Unit to be effective, we need to be organized. Beyond simply working assignments and details, we must also address many of the basic organizational needs any group the size of ours would require.
To insure we address the needs of our Unit, we have created a Squad association distinction. All of our members are assigned to a specific Squad. Each Squad has a specific assignment and is managed by a ranking staff consisting of one Captain, one Lieutenant and one Sergeant.
Assembling our Unit in this manner assures the basic requirements of our day-to-day operation are met. We value our members. Without them we would not exist.
