Oshkosh Auxiliary Police
Squad B is the Equipment, Recruiting and Retention Squad of the Oshkosh Auxiliary Police.
My Staff and I are responsible to insure we aggressively pursue our operational mandate to maintain an active roster of 40 (forty) Auxiliary Officers. We also insure that each and every Officer is uniformly outfitted properly. My staff is also responsible for the upkeep of our unit vehicles. 2 marked patrol squads, 1 marked patrol truck, and 1 mobile command trailer.
We promote membership in the Oshkosh Auxiliary Police using a variety of methods such as:
- Attending career fairs
- Our website
- Public service announcements
- Park message boards
- Civic association presentations
- ...and others
Membership provides citizens hands-on ability to make a positive impact on Oshkosh.
Each member is provided a complete uniform consisting of shirts, trousers, coats, hats, personal protective equipment and other gear that is needed in the performance of an Auxiliary Officer.
