The Professional Standards Division is a function of the Administrative Bureau. Lieutenant Michael Hotter coordinates and supervises the activities of the Training Sergeant, and is the department Accreditation Manager and Internal Affairs Investigator. Primary functions of the Professional Standards Division Lieutenant include policy and procedure development and researching the latest innovations in law enforcement.
