The Operations Bureau is headed by Captain Andrew Lecker and includes the Criminal Investigation Division and the Patrol Division.  The Patrol Division encompasses all uniformed police functions including daily patrol operations and responding to calls for service, emergencies as well as coordinating the numerous special events held in Oshkosh.  The Police Auxiliary Unit is also part of the Patrol Division.  The Criminal Investigation Division includes Detectives, School Resource Officers, the Vice and Narcotics Unit, the Public Affairs/Crime Prevention Officer, and the Crime Analyst.  There are four Lieutenants (three in the Patrol Division and one in the Criminal Investigation Division), eight Patrol Sergeants and three CID Sergeants who work with the Operations Captain to provide high quality police services to the citizens of Oshkosh.
