The Crime Prevention/Public Affairs Officer Kate Mann is part of the Criminal Investigation Division within the Operations Bureau. The Crime Prevention Officer assists citizens by providing home and business/commercial security surveys, presentations on ID Theft, Workplace Safety, Senior Safety and Traffic Safety. The Crime Prevention Officer partners with area community programs such as Winnebago Crime Stoppers. The Crime Prevention Officer is also the department's Public Affairs Officer that is responsible for media contacts.
