Subject:      UPDATE: Accident with Injury

 

 

UPDATE: The twenty-five-year-old female motorcyclist from Oshkosh was transported to a local hospital by the Oshkosh Fire Department. She was pronounced deceased at the hospital. Our thoughts are with the family, friends, and loved ones of her.

 

The Oshkosh Police Department is currently investigating a single-vehicle accident involving a motorcycle where the operator suffered life-threatening injuries because of the accident and was transported to a local hospital. The Oshkosh Police Department Crash Investigation Team and Criminal Investigation Division are currently on-scene investigating.

 

Jackson Street from Murdock Avenue to Stanley Avenue is currently closed. We request that motorists plan alternate routes and avoid the area for the immediate future.
