Patrol Operation Units

Patrol Operations Units consist of non-sworn staff and provide necessary support to department operations:

• Community Service Officers are employees and respond to minor calls for service (traffic crash, animal complaints, etc…) and also assist with special events.
• Auxiliary Police are volunteers that assist with special events, weather related incidents, traffic direction at significant crashes, etc.
