Speed Watch
Speed Watch is one of several initiatives to help in reducing speeding on city streets through public awareness and community action. Trained volunteers use a radar gun to document speeding vehicles, the radar logs are turned into the police and registered owners sent a courtesy letter reminding them to slow down. You must be at least 18 years of age, pass a background check, and complete the Speed Watch training to participate in the Speed Watch Program. If you are interested in becoming a Speed Watch volunteer, please fill out theĀ volunteer application, check the Speed Watch box, and you will be contacted when the next training session is being held. If you have questions, please feel free to contact Officer Kate Mann at (920) 236-5742 or by email: kmann@oshkoshwi.gov.
