Community Service Officer

Become a Community Service Officer

Community Service OfficerA Community Service Officer is a part-time employee of the Oshkosh Police Department and performs a variety of tasks that will prepare the CSO for a career in law enforcement. Community Service Officers are Criminal Justice/Police Science students who work up to 12 hours per week during the academic school year and 38 hours per week during the summer.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school graduate
  • United States citizen
  • At least eighteen years of age
  • Valid WI driver’s license
  • Enrolled in a Police Science/Criminal Justice Curriculum

The successful candidate must pass an oral interview and a background investigation.

Competitive salary
