Criminal Investigation Division - Crime Analyst

The Crime Analyst is responsible for acquiring, analyzing, preparing and disseminating information related to crimes and incidents that are relevant to calls for service, crime trends, hot spots, workload distribution and other incidents. The Crime Analyst retrieves intelligence on particular individuals or specific crimes and disseminates information to Patrol Officers, Detectives and other supervisors to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.
